What does the academy need?

Phones with a camera and an up-to-date browser, such as Chrome on Android. Nothing else to buy: the app opens in the browser and can be added to the home screen.

What if there is no signal at the venue?

Open the app once with signal. After that, check-ins work offline and are sent by themselves when the signal is back. Today shows its last numbers with the time they were updated.

What if a face is not recognised?

The coach finds the child by name and checks them in. Blurry, turned or distant faces are never matched.

Can it mix up twins or siblings?

A linked twin is never checked in without a coach's tap, and a linked sibling needs a clearer match. Children who look alike get a "who is this?" question instead of a guess.

Do parents need an app?

No. EZ Attendance is for the academy's coaches and admins. Parents sign the consent form, nothing more.

Which languages?

The app is in Chinese and English, and each phone picks its own. The parents' consent form prints in Malay, English or Chinese.

Is it only for basketball?

No. It suits any academy with training sessions or classes and monthly packages, in sport or tuition.

How do coaches get in?

Each academy has a link, such as my.ezatt.app/join/your-code, and that short code. Coaches open the link once, or type the code on the sign-in screen, and sign in with the account an admin made for them.

What happens when the trial ends?

Add a card, or pay a year at once by FPX or card, under More > Billing to keep going. Without either, the academy keeps working 7 more days, then new check-ins wait on the phones until it pays. Nothing is deleted.

Can we pay by FPX?

Yes, for a year at once: an admin pays 12 months by FPX online banking or by card, under More > Billing. Monthly payments are by card only: Stripe takes FPX for one-off payments, not monthly ones.

Can we bring our student list?

Yes. Import it from an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file; every column is kept.
