Who counts as a student
Students marked active. Paused students and those who have left are not counted. The count is taken every night, and your next monthly bill uses it.
The free trial
30 days from sign-up, with everything on. You can add a card anytime during the trial; it is charged only when the trial ends.
Paying
Monthly by credit or debit card, through Stripe. Or a year at once by FPX online banking or card, at the yearly price in the table above, worked out from your active students on the day you pay. Your card and bank details never pass through EZ Attendance. An admin pays, changes the card, sees the bills or cancels in the app, under More > Billing.
Paying a year at once
The year covers 12 months from the day you pay, or from the end of the trial if you pay during it. Students who join during the year cost nothing more until the next one. The app reminds admins 30 days before the year ends; then pay the next year, or add a card to pay monthly from its end. A year is not refunded in part.
If a payment fails
Everything keeps working for 7 more days. After that, new check-ins wait on the coaches' phones until the bill is paid, and are sent then. Nothing is deleted.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime under More > Billing. Your academy keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for.
