Face check-in for your academy
A coach holds up a phone, each child steps up and is checked in, in about a second. EZ Attendance counts every check-in against the child's package, shows who has not paid, and keeps working with no signal.

What it does

Check in by face
The phone itself recognises each child. When two children look alike, it asks "who is this?" with both names instead of guessing. A child without face consent is checked in by name.

Works with no signal
Check-ins wait on the phone with the time they were made, and are sent when the signal is back. A coach can still undo one before it is sent.

Packages and fees
Record a payment for a month's package; every check-in counts against it. Each child's sessions left show as dots, and red means unpaid or over the package.

Twins and siblings
Link them once on the student page. A twin is never checked in without a coach's tap, and a sibling needs a clearer match.

Today at a glance
Who is checked in, who has not come yet, who trained but has not paid, and the money collected this month. Admins can reopen any day and add a late child.

Coaches and admins
Coaches check children in and can undo their own check-in within 10 minutes. Admins do everything else, and every change they make is in the change log.
How it works for an academy
Sign up
Your academy's name, a short code, and you as the first admin. We e-mail you a link, and your academy is made when you open it.
Import your student list
Upload it as an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file. Names, groups and parents' phones go where the app has a place for them; every other column (IC, school) stays on the student, for admins only.
Collect parents' consent
Print the consent form from the app, in Malay, English or Chinese. A child's face is stored only after an admin records the parent's signed consent.
Enrol faces
Take a few photos of each child with consent, on the phone. The student list shows who has no face yet.
Coaches scan at the venue
Coaches open your academy's link once, sign in, and point the camera at the queue. Packages and Today update as they scan.

RM100 a month
Covers up to 30 active students.
+RM2 a month for each active student above 30.

Your students' data
Your academy's own database
Each academy has a database of its own, on a server in Malaysia.
Faces only with written consent
No consent, no face. Withdrawing consent deletes every face photo of that child; attendance and fees stay.
Check-in photos gone after 30 days
If you turn them on, each check-in photo is kept 30 days for you to show a parent, then deleted. They are never in the backups.
Nothing sold, no ads
The data is used to run your academy's app and for nothing else. This site sets no cookies.
